Regulations for recreational vessels

The main purpose of this procedure is to regulate and simplify the processing of declaratory acts necessary for the management, monitoring and controlling of operations and billing of the Fee for Sports and Recreational Boats, (hereinafter EDR) and the Fee for Aids to Navigation in docks or nautical sports facilities whether these are on a concessionary or authorisation basis or not, in accordance with the provisions of the Revised Text of the State Ports and the Merchant Marine Act approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of 5 September.
