Contractor Profile
Article 53 of the Revised Text of the Law on Public Sector Contracts, approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011, of 14 November.
The contractor profile is intended to ensure the transparency and the public access to the information on its contractual activity, without prejudice to the use of other advertising media in cases provided for by law or by the regional implementation rules or in rules decided voluntarily.
The contractor profile may include data and information on the contractual activity of the contracting authority, such as prior information notices referred to in Article 125, open or ongoing biddings and related documents, scheduled contracts, contracts awarded, cancelled procedures and any other useful general information.
